We offer therapeutic support for the following:

  Burn out and exhaustion
  Depression and anxiety
  Life coaching (achieving a

  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  Drugs and alcohol
  Family issues/ couple
  counselling
  Consultation to the practice
  Stress

Offering time-limited group work to help and support specific groups and networks, for instance foster carers with very challenging children, or the partners of adults with Autism.
