Therapy provides a reliable confidential relationship free from pressures of everyday life, where you can reflect and explore the way your relate to yourself and others.

A group offers you the opportunity to try out new ways of being with others and a different context in which to explore and resolve difficulties.

This can help you identify a tendency to repeat unhelpful patterns of behaviour that you would like to understand. It offers you strategies for changing the patterns and developing more satisfying relationships.

For adults who can’t talk to each other or fear the relationship is not working, or who feel they have lost the emotional connection with their partner.

At times of crisis or transition counselling can provide you with support and someone to hear your story.
